Financial audit

Cauditec Sarl has ensured the last fifteen years, several financial audit missions of commercial companies, Banks and socio-economic projects financed by Donors of international funds, in particular the WORLD BANK, the AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK and various International Cooperations both bilateral and multilateral.

Expertise – accountants

CAUDITEC Sarl has carried out several missions of asset valuation, revaluation of fixed assets as well as the determination of the net book value of several commercial and industrial companies in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

CAUDITEC Sarl carries out several missions of Statutory Auditors with several commercial and industrial companies as well as non-profit associations in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

• Consulting in the management of Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) Structures
Cauditec Sarl is increasingly oriented towards management assistance for structures and companies in the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) Sector in accordance with the Kyoto Protocol. Novacel Sprl, the first Congolese agro-forestry company to exploit the first open-air carbon sinks in Africa south of SAHARA: (IBI-Batéké) is assisted in its development by Cauditec Sarl as External Auditor.

•Judicial expertise

CAUDITEC Sarl, through its Managing Partner Marco KAYAMBA, is approved as an Expert by the Courts and Tribunals in the Democratic Republic of Congo under registration number 552/93 by the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Kinshasa/Gombe by Order No. 0306/D .56/93 of August 14, 1993, approved by the Institute of Auditors in 1992, approved as Statutory Auditor for banks by the Central Bank of Congo in 2007, approved by the national order of Chartered Accountants of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in 2019 under the number ONEC/SEC/1800018.
